Ed Hardy & Christian Audigier Everything that the Ed Hardy name touches seems to become a must-buy, no matter what that thing is. We’d bet if you had Ed Hardy garbage bags, they’d sell. Now, here comes one more Ed Hardy item that could—and probably will—sell easily in any intimate clothing store. Ed Hardy & Christian Audigier Hosiery, a new division of the Ed Hardy company, has introduced two collections set to ship in November. Falling under the Christian Audigier and Ed Hardy brand names, the styles will be seen in BareNeccessities.com, Dr. Jays in New York City and the MGM Hotel store in Las Vegas. Sizes run from small through large. The Ed Hardy collection includes 14 styles in bright and nude shades. Included are Ed Hardy signature styles of funky, tattooed and “rocker look” hosiery, with footless tights and all-over tattoo prints seen. According to the company, it is geared toward the brand’s usual young, funky and urban consumer. Under the Christian Audigier label, there are seven styles. In contrast
to Ed Hardy, the company is marketing the styles toward a
“sophisticated, elegant” and more mature consumer, with basic shades of
nude and black seen. The company described the collection as having a
“1940s and ‘50s pin-up look.” For further information, email Ed Hardy sales representative Sable Ramos at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (213) 623-4880. |
